Do we get a late night key?

Yes - all our guests get a late night key to come and go at any hour. For those that wish to stay out after midnight we ask that you respect other guests when you come in...and please be quiet.

What time is breakfast served at?

We serve breakfast between 9am and 9:30am

Do you accept children?

Yes - we accept well behaved children.

What time can we check in?

Normally 14.00 but if your room is ready this can be earlier

What time do we have to vacate our room on the day of departure?

Normally 10am but this can be flexible if the room is not re-let on the same day

Do you have ironing facilities?

Yes we do. We can also provide the use of hairdryers and GHD Straighteners

Do you have highchairs for small children?

Yes we have highchairs available.

Can you provide baby monitors?

Yes we have baby monitors available

Do you have disabled facilities?

Unfortunately we do not have any ground floor rooms

Can we smoke in our rooms?

No, sorry. We have a strict no smoking policy. We do have a designated smoking area at the front of the hotel.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

We do, but please ask for this information to be given at time of booking

Are you near to the seafront?

Yes we are approximately 2 to 3 minutes walk to the seafront

Are you near to the town center?

Yes we are approximately 2 to 3 minutes walk to the main shopping center, Blackpool Tower, The Grand Theatre and the Winter Gardens

Do you provide towels?

Yes fresh towels are provided, along with soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner

Do you have any parking?

Yes we have limited Free parking, there is also a large pay and display car park at the rear of the hotel

Are evening meals available?

Yes but only for parties of ten or more

Do you have wifi?

Yes free wifi is available throughout the hotel.
