| Jess says: | I came to Avonlea to stay for the night with my grandad and nana. Caroline and Ray made us feel so welcome! It's a fantastic place to stay, and we felt so at home! If you like a big beakfast, definatey check it out! We though it was so good, that I'm comming back with my parents in a couple of weks, and we've passed cards onto other people who are visiting. 10/10, certainly recommening to friends and family. |

| Gareth 1979 says: | The owners were friendly and very helpful,room was on the smallish size(not at the fault of the owners,was just down to it being the last room available),TV and Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room,The Breakfast service was very good,and there was plenty of choice(Cereals,Fruit, Yoghurt's) the,Full English Breakfast was spot on
would definitely stay here again,the Hotel was great for the price |

| Bug84 says: | The B&B was clean, modern and tidy. Ray and Caroline were lovely warm people and made us feel very welcome. I am a vegetarian and was catered for with a tasty full veggi breakfast, we were made to feel as if nothing was too much trouble. We were visiting The Winter Gardens and the B&B is in a very good position for the centre of Blackpool. Overall the B&B made our trip to Blackpool all the more enjoyable, we would be happy to stay there again :) |

| Cymraesfechan says: | We stayed at this hotel for a short break. The room that we were supposed to have wasn't ready when we arrived. We were offered a smaller room at a discounted price or we could wait until our room was ready. We chose the smaller room and it was great. The hotel was really clean and the room was modern and comfortable. The owners of the hotel, Caroline and Ray were really pleasant, polite and welcoming. We felt that we had known them all our lives because they were so welcoming. The choice of breakfast was fantastic and delicious. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again and will be recommending it to others!! Thanks for a lovely stay! |

| Carly Quinton says: | Fantastic week there. Made too feel wellcome straight away. Ray and Caroline were fantastic hosts showing us where to find everything should we need it. The food was great and catered for our young daughter. The location for the hotel was ideal very close to the tower but at the same time very quite at night. The rooms were good value for money. They were clean and nicely decorated with plenty of room. Tea and coffee facilities were good with refills available when needed. Ray and Caroline went out of there way to accomodate us. The rooms also provided a lcd tv with a dvd player which was great for our young daughter. |

| Eleanor McKenzie says: | The Avonlea at Blackpool is brill, the hosts Ray and Caroline are fantastic, one of the party is gluten free and Caroline went out of her way to get food for him; we would not go anywhere else. The Avonlea is a family Hotel and great for kids. The breakfasts Ray cooks lasts you all day!!!. |

| Flossy Teacake says: | I went to meet a friend in Blackpool for the day and then late in the day decided to stay the night. My friend was staying up the street in a guest house and unfortunately it was full. the people of the guest house my friend was staying in recommended I try knocking on the Avonlea.
Upon knocking Caroline greeted us with a big welcoming smile asking how she could help. The room was lovely and clean, snug and cozy, a hot shower, Towels, Tea and Coffee, a telly and the comfiest bed in the world. Breakfast was first class, catering to me and both my children's requests. Both Caroline and Ray were great with both my children, and introduced them to Co Co their talking Parrot. He's amazing :) The guest house is situated well within walking distance of the main front and surrounded by ever closer convenience shops if you need something Caroline and Ray cant help you with first. Caroline and Ray were very accommodating to all my requests and I enjoyed my stay immensely. I'll definitely be going back. See you both soon |

| Tez68 says: | Just returned home from break in blackpool with family. The hotel was well situated and very clean. The rooms were of good size and the couple who run the hotel, ray and caroline are very friendly and polite. The breakfast will set you up for the day as it is much bigger than any other place i have stayed and good choice if you don't want a fry up. We will be stopping again next time we go up as we have no complaints at all and my daughter loved it and the kids come first. Thanks to you both keep up the good work |
